California, Texas, and several other states give you the right to direct businesses not to sell or share your personal information. Use this page to exercise that right.
MoveSpace does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.
That said, the CCPA defines "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough that some routine service-provider relationships could fall within them depending on context. The opt-out below treats every disclosure to a third party (other than service providers acting strictly on our behalf) as if it were a sale, and stops it.
The fastest way to opt out is to enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. MoveSpace honors GPC as a universal opt-out — when your browser sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser session and any account it's associated with. No form submission needed.
GPC is available in Brave, DuckDuckGo, Firefox (when enabled in settings), and via several Chrome extensions. See globalprivacycontrol.org for setup instructions.
Submit a verifiable opt-out request through our consumer rights form. We will not require you to create an account or to verify your identity beyond confirming you control the email address tied to your records.
