For customers of Weekly & quickly transport LLC.

1. Who is the data controller?

Weekly & quickly transport LLC is the data controller for the personal information collected when you book a move with us, request a quote, communicate with our crew, or use our portal.

Our website and operations are powered by the MoveSpace platform. MoveSpace acts as a service provider / processor on our behalf and is contractually restricted to using your personal information solely to provide the platform to us. MoveSpace does not use your information for its own marketing or sell it to third parties.

2. Categories of personal information we collect

  • Identifiers: name, email, phone, postal address, account credentials, IP address.
  • Customer records: billing address, payment-card brand and last four (full card numbers handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor — never stored on our servers).
  • Commercial information: bookings, quotes, services received, ratings and reviews you submit.
  • Internet or network activity: pages viewed, links clicked, interactions with our site.
  • Geolocation information: approximate location from IP; precise origin and destination addresses you supply for a move.
  • Inferences: preferences and interests inferred from your booking history (used only to improve our service to you).

We do not knowingly collect or process sensitive categories enumerated under state law (genetic data, biometric data for identification, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, health, sex life, or sexual orientation) except for account log-in credentials and payment-card data that, in combination, would permit access to your financial account.

3. Sources of personal information

  • Directly from you when you create an account, request a quote, book a move, or contact us.
  • From the MoveSpace platform when you find us through their marketplace.
  • From our service providers (payment processors, mapping providers, fraud-prevention vendors, FMCSA verification services) acting on our behalf.
  • From your device (cookies, IP address, basic device metadata).

4. Purposes of processing

  • Quoting, booking, payment, dispatch, communications, and document generation for the moves you book with us.
  • Verifying our own licensing and insurance against FMCSA / SAFER public records (does not require your information).
  • Processing payments via our configured payment processor.
  • Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud and abuse.
  • Responding to support requests, including privacy-rights requests.
  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations (tax, FMCSA, state moving regulations, valid legal process).

5. Categories of recipients

  • Our crew: receives your name, contact info, and move details to perform your move.
  • MoveSpace: as our service provider, hosts our records and provides the platform tooling we use to run the business.
  • Payment processor: handles your card information directly; we do not see or store full card numbers.
  • Email and SMS providers: deliver communications you have asked for or that the platform sends to operate your booking.
  • Mapping providers: compute distance and ETAs from origin/destination addresses.
  • Legal and regulatory recipients: when required by law, court order, subpoena, or government regulation.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Data retention

  • Booking records, invoices, and tax records: 7 years after the booking, to comply with federal and state tax law and FMCSA recordkeeping requirements.
  • Active account information: as long as the account remains active.
  • Closed-account information: 90 days, then deleted or de-identified.
  • Server logs: 90 days, then deleted.
  • Communications (email, SMS, chat): 3 years, to support customer-service quality and dispute resolution.

7. Data security

  • All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS / TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
  • Payment-card data is handled by PCI-compliant third parties; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel.

8. Children

Our services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us using the contact information below and we will delete it.

9. Your state-specific privacy rights
